Faulty items are always covered, providing the fault is not a result of user management.
Returns for non faulty items, eg: customer changes mind, are handled with a choice of options.

Returns from buyer changes mind, need to be returned in unused format and in a sellable condition as new.
If you need to change your shipping address, drop us an email, message us on the form on the page or use the webchat and we will get that updated for you if it hasn’t been sent yet.
If it has been sent, then we may still be able to update that with the courier company.
Not all orders come with tracking, and this comes down to what shipping option your chose. All tracked deliveries will see us send you a tracking number and link via email.
